Count printing material, machine time, failed prints, cleaning, painting hours and packaging. Painting often takes longer than printing, so include it. Compare with similar listings, and offer unpainted versions at a lower price. Keep a record of the hours so your next price is faster to work out.

What size sells well?

Mid-size figures that fit on a desk or shelf are the easiest to sell and ship. Very small figures can disappear in photos, and large ones cost more. Test one size, then add others. Check your listing photos include something for scale.

How do I protect thin hair strands in the mail?

Use a box that holds the figure by its base and keeps hair clear of the walls. Add foam or tissue around the head, and leave no empty space. A shake test before shipping saves repairs later.
